Intentional Interactions
[Preschool, School Age]

A key to quality children’s programs is quality interactions amongst staff, children and families. Effective communication involves considerations that are not necessarily common sense. Instead, professional and meaningful interactions are honed with intent and tact. Using a combination of discussion, exercises and storytelling, this workshop will prompt participants to evaluate their own practices and reveal what quality interactions should look like.
